40x60 16' tall, gonna be finished on the inside 2 post lift, floor heat and all the good jazz!!
Had a shutdown at work, and had been workin 7 12's, the shell is done, got electric and water trenched in. Gonna start on drains and such tomorrow, and hopefully get tubes for the floor heat ran this weekend:thumb:

How are you planning to pour your floor, (all at once, or ratwalls first)? What type of boiler will you use for the floor? How are you insulating the slab?......We just poured the floor in mine, and if you have any questions shoot me a PM

Gonna pour all at once, put 2" XPS vertically around the perimeter, and using a double bubble wrap insulation with foil on one side and white poly on the other. I have friend that does HVAC for a living and got me a Munchkin Contender gas boiler, 80000 btu, 95% efficient, and 5/8" tubing.
Fill is up to grade, insulation down , now for some pex and some wire:happy2: then concrete:thumb:
I used www.blueridgecompany.com for the pex, and manifolds. The wire was best to get from a local concrete supplier. The wire came in 8x15 sheets that lay nice and flat, very easy to work with:thumb:......Don't use the rolls, PITA IMO!!!
I got my boiler, tubes, manifolds, and expansion tank from a local supplier real reasonable. My concrete guy has 10'X20' highway wire. I am ready for it all to be done.
Floor Heat rules .. I have built the building 60X40 but no slab yet.. But here in texas were i live the ground doesnt freeze..Looks very nice,, makes me want to get the lead out an jump on getting my slab poured..:thumb:
yes I rented two scissor lifts for this weekend and got all of the ceiling metal hung, as well as fans, and lights, over half the walls insulated, bathroom walls up, and the ceiling insulation will be blown in tomorrow. I will get some pics up as soon as I can. Oh yah concrete has been in for a couple weeks.
R-19 batts for the walls, and I had fiberglass blown into the ceiling with an R value of 38
, and yes we trimmed all 1500 of the zip ties:spit:. We fired the boiler off last night, not overly impressed yet, but it was 15 degrees last night.

Here are a few pics from a couple weeks ago, we put the ceiling metal up the day after thanksgiving, and then had Fiberglass blown in the monday following thanksgiving. Put the bats in the walls, and fire the boiler off 2 weeks ago:thumb:
