2004 GMC factory aluminum wheels have corrosion from the lead wheel weights. How to get ride of the corrosion?

You will never stop it, but you can try to polish it out. The reason the corosion is happening is because the lead weight scratched the clear coat and then the water and salt and crud gets in and does what it does. I had a set of wheels replaced under warrentee and then the second set did it too. Painted them black.
