LB7: Factory Rear DVD player issue.

My 03 has the Bose sound system with DVD player in the back but I can't seem to get it to work.


When I put the DVD in it loads with the little dots on the top then i just get a CD error.

DVD isn't burn and the head unit recognizes that the DVD is on.

Anyone had this issue? I cleaned it out with compressed air but fixed nothing

Did you try loading a CD cleaner disc and let it run? I've had to do that to a few in-vehicle systems since they get dust caked on the lens, and compressed air doesn't always fix it.

If not, I'm out of ideas :baby:

Compressed air should fix everything! I haven't tried that, I will have to see if I can find one kicking around!

It's made by Panasonic (pretty sure) try searching for issues with them?
