I hope XDP goes after them for illegally using their name and tarnishing it. Unfortunately too many people will read the headline and assume it's them that did this.

I read the headline and thought it was XDP. You can't tell me people won't read just the headline or skim through the article and not realize it isn't the actual XDP.

Oh yea. I would sue this guy for all he thinks he is worth if I was XDP. Not even for the money, but to prove a point and teach him a lifelong lesson. Money can easily be donated, as I don't thin XDP needs this low life's piggy bank change.

I was literally about to post this. Guy is a complete piece of shit. I live and work in Ocala and we are always cleaning up their messes. Heard so many horror stories. He suckers ppl in with a $60/hr labor rate, keeps their truck for weeks (if their lucky, could be months) charges them for whatever he was supposed to do even though he didn't do it most of the time, then the owner of the truck has to pay us or another real shop $100+/hr to clean up the mess. Not only has he stiffed most of his customers but he's also stiffed basically all the tool trucks in town, all of the dealerships and parts stores also will only do business with him in cash on the spot because he doesn't pay his bills. Amazingly the a-hole is still open and working.

Someone like that isn't going to have money to pay back a settlement. Sue him for 1,000,000 and you may see 30K before he kicks the bucket. Unfortunately if I was XDP I would either change my name or highly publicize the plagiarism
