Sorry if this is in the wrong sub forum. is anybody running thier exhaust dumped over the axle? If so does it sound good? Louder?

02 CCSB efi live,head studs, S&B intake, 4" straight pipe to 5"

I have mine dumped before the axle. I love how it sounds. And that you can't see it.

Got a 4" dumped over the axle to a 6" tip. It is fairly loud and it leaves a sooty circle when I start it up every now and then

I wanna do this but there's no turning back when i make the cut. And i want to like the sound. I think i will but im not sure with it being a lb7 and one never heard another one

I have a 5" exhaust dumped over the axle. I like it. Sounds good and looks good to me.

I think I'm gonna go for it. Probably cut it off tomorrow. Any decent priced tips around online? 5" to 6" tip

Mine is 5 inch exhaust, we did a black chrome tip on it. Doing the dump under the truck kept the rear fender soot free. I'm also lowered 5 inch in the rear, so it kept me from dragging the exhaust tip over speed bumps.
