Event Insurance help needed

Anybody deal with obtaining event insurance? I need help getting a package together to present to our City Council.

No track @ all Pat! Local airport that needs the money, Im putting something together once a month to get kids off the street. Getting through the ropes with the FAA right now, but need a total package to present to the city council.

I/We looked at event insurance for our club. It's expensive and READ the fine print of what is and isn't covered. You may also try a place like http://www.alliedspecialty.com/
