I am looking for an oil temp gauge, I have noticed nobody who I have looked at so far carries what I want.

Basically my choices are 100-250* or 140-300*... Is there one available that covers both of those ranges I would like to know what my temp is regardless at all times regardless.

I want a quality gauge I have looked at autometer, I really wanted a factory match gauge to keep tue stealth stock look but that isn't gonna happen it looks like as autometer doesn't offer a factory match oil temp gauge.

So I'm looking for some opinions and options on what others are using, thanks

My oil temp gauge is 100-280. It's an AutoMeter Sport Comp II, and is the closest match I could find to the factory gauges at the time.

Nevermind, I just went back out there and looked. My gauge is 140-280. Sorry.

Actually a google search of that model doesn't look too bad. I hope i would never see 280 but I was kinda hoping to find one that went lower than 100. But if that's all that's out there.

I run a ISSpro over in the small hole to the right of the heater controls. Electronic gauges Led light. very clean. But i just looked on the TST website and they don't carry that plastic mount anymore for there. that sucks.

i have an ultralite 2 thats 140-300 1/4 sweep. i dont really see the reason to watch temps below 140. is there something you are concerned with?

FWIW, my temp runs between 180 and 220 most of the time depending on how cold it is outside. It gets a little hotter than that if I'm towing, but I try to keep it at or below 240.

I wanted a wider range because it gets cold enough where I live and even colder where I work so I would like to know what my temps are as it warms up but its not that big of a deal really.

If your engine oil temp will always be over 160-170 and if its getting hotter then 275 thats not good 140-300 is perfect.
