Question: Engine longevity with twins

What can I expect as far as engine life with a set of twins? I don't race or sled pull, just daily drive and pull trailers (anything up to my 15k camper).

I put twins on my truck when it had 26k miles. It has 94k now, and I haven't had any engine problems. It has seen quite a bit of WOT too.
