What do you guys have your idle set at? Reason I ask is because my truck used to hold itself in one spot on my angled drive with it in drive and my out of the truck... Now it doesn't, also there is a funny noise (sounds like somebody walking on a creeky old wood floor when I try to put my truck in either drive or reverse, and I have to either give a little gas or hold the brakes hard for it to go away. Also the truck would kinda take off once I put it in drive or reverse wihtout my foot on the brake, now it just slowly engages. At first when I didn't realize my rpms looks low I thought the noise was the ac compressor having trouble with engaging or something like that. I will find out exactly what mine idles either tomorrow or the next day, but from what I can tell by the factory tach, Its 525ish to 575ish? around there. I think my truck used to idle around 700rpm? Ohh and I just installed DSP tune today so that's another thing pointing to a change in idle speed.

Sorry for the novel, what kind of idle speed are you guys reading?

Stock 01's idled at 600 and 02+ is 680 from what I have seen. I set mine back down to 600 with EFILIVE to help with the push it had when in gear at idle. The lower idle does make it take a little longer to engage into gear when hot.
