Simple green with some water to dilute it. Try to keep it off your fenders.

Its what my friends at the chevy dealership garage use.

You might find this humorous! Uh Diesel Fuel!:D Ya smells a bit but cleans rather well, used it a few times! I accidentally did my truck a while back when i left the CP3 rail feed line loose:rofl: it hosed her down with good ole #2! Just rinse well with water!

I swear by purple power.

Just don't let your hands soak in it for long. It has a defattener in it. It will make your fingers look like an old womans under arm. All flabby. I did this once when I used it to clean my tools. No parts cleaner at the time. And use some Nitrile Rubber gloves. Latex gloves won't hold up.

Super clean:eek:, just make sure to buy what ever color paint you want your engine compartment to be next. I used it one time after just finishing a build. It turned the Blue engine paint grey:mad:

I used the citrus engine degreaser that autozone sells when i cleaned my tranny off after installing the suncoast stage 4.

I've used that, made by CRC (if it's the same stuff)...Years ago I found Simple Green degreaser, white bottle w/ green lettering...Worked great, but haven't seen it for a long time...

My 5 year old sprayed my entire truck down with Purple Power. It has some streaks in it. Maybe it will buff out.

Found some stuff in the Family Dollar called Totally Awesome. It works really good and it's really cheap.
