what exatally am i looking at when im showing cylinder 8 misfire???? is this injector problems?

is the truck idling rough, white smoke out the tail pipe or oil fill tube, etc.........

could be a cracked piston, or could be nothing, I have had the code for cylinder 5 misfire several times years ago without any apparant problems :dontknow:

no it dosn't idle rough at all, seems like it sounds different while that code is showing, but when its cleared it runs like a new truck. no smoke nothing. i but a exhaust on it the other day and it showed not long after that... but only when i leave it running at idle. like when i go in a gas station??? i dunno?

Hmmm... What are the balance rates? I wonder if you have an injector on the way out?

i don't know the balance rates.. i have no way of looking at em.. but i hope its something small not a huge teardown
