Looking to hire somebody for part time work on special projects. Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience. Main area of interest is PC control of electric devices. I want to program a desktop computer to operate simple devices.

You don't have to know everything, you just need to know WHERE to find the info. No fabrication necessary, I'd be paying for information.

Send me a PM to discuss project and pay if you are interested.

I don't know everything just enough to get by. I have good eyesight and have no problem looking around for anything. Hell I might even find that sock you've been missing for months that definitely went into the dryer but never made it out!

Part time works great for me as I'm just as lazy as the other bastards that will be applying for this position! Full time cuts into my TV time anyway.

I ask will you fund the expenses of relocating? In addition will you make up the negative difference in my real-estate sale in this depressed market? Also I'll need a single family home 4 bedrooms,3 and 1/2 baths min large yard near the beach (I will be working part time) with a fully staffed Mexican landscapers and house cleaning services. This is really important as my wife and kid are super lazy!

In addition full medical and 401 K at 200 % contribution is a gimmie I assume. Also I'll need a company car of course prefer short term lease so I can trade up every two years as Cadillac changes are constant in the CTS-V make.

Salary isn't negotiable, I'll have my accountant contact you who will also need to relocate with me but I'll let him negotiate his own deal when he contacts you.

Your still available at your current number? See ya soon going to start packing! :thumb:

HAHAHA!!!:spit:

This is a "work at home" opportunity.

Could be a lot of money for the right individual.

Even better "Home is where I hang my Hat At" ,I'll need to "set up" home closer you know how things get lost in translation over the phone or interwebby things. You need to hear the voice and facial expressions!

Lets get this moving along here I'm packed and ready. I called the moving company they'll be here in the am to pack up my stuff and the transport company has already picked up my truck.

Just waiting for my first class ticket ,NO SOUTHWEST FLIER HERE, and I'm off. I SURE Kat wont mind cooking and washing my dirty under-ware while we house shop! It'll only be for a month or two I'm sure.

Oh by the way I'll need a litter box set up for my 28# (I shit you not) Tom cat that will be coming with me. The lazy wife and kid will stay behind till I get settled no sense in given Kat more of a burden!

See ya soon! :thumb:

PS between you and me I'll bring Kat some cheap beer and wine to keep her quiet. :D

You looking for controls and data collection?

I worked with a guy from europe who's brother does controls and data collection in medical research. He might be looking for some extra money. IIRC he is in the LA to SD area.

Mike (mmlmm) & Ben (DuratotheMax) come to mind immediately. Idk if ben has that knowledge set but he sure seems to know & understand automotive electronics with the best of them. Mike just scares me with what he comes up with on the computer so wouldn't be surprised if he could make your toaster work remotely with his computer & an Internet connection to your house. LOL. Of course I'm being sarcastic but dag gone he does seem to be thrifty with coming up with info over the web. I have no idea if that requires programming skills or just master of searching.

Be interesting to know if either of them, or who, might contact you about this. Pretty interesting. Good luck in your search.

If you wanted to search other boards, I know for sure there's some programmers over on compd.

ProblemChild over at the Place is looking for work. IIRC, he does that sort of computer work. Maybe he's not as odd a person as he is on the net?

I'm surprised the guy even gets on a computer. He would prob think that controlling simple machines with a pc is a gov conspiracy and shoot it with his shotty.
