Hello, I’m having issues! A had a new to me engine put in by someone who turned out to not be so reliable.

The issues I’ve seen are:
1) marker lights flash with turn signals on flatbed.
2) when headlights are on turn signals activate high beams.
3) Edge CTS EGT’s only showing around 100-300, which is a little too good! And are erratic.
4) #1 cylinder balance rates high, injector tested to specs.
5) in December truck threw codes U1026, U1041 & U1064, no heat in cab after. I looked these up but all I really remember is possible short. I parked the truck for a while and the batteries were dead when I next tried to start it. Got the batteries charged up and heat now working.
Currently searching for all the ground wires, but I’m wondering if some are missing. Does anyone know how many ground wires are located on the motor and in the engine bay? And where they are located?
New engine has an alternate fire cam, so he had to switch those pins and a dual CP3 with compounds. I had compounds previously but the cam and CP3 are new electrical changes.
I think I may have multiple issues. Any thoughts are appreciated!
