I have a cousin with a 2005 LLY that wants to git rid of the EGR and related parts. What's available and decent out there now days?

it's illegal to remove emissions equipment and frowned upon to discuss it here

Use LB7 uppipe or make a blocker plate. You'll have to find someone who still sells the old Fingerstick, or you'll have to tune it yourself to remove the CEL.
