I got efi live for my truck and had them turn off the egr so I could delete it, which I haven't gotten around to. Yesterday I unplugged the egr motor to make sure they turned it off and it wouldn't throw a code. When I started the truck it sounded different. My gauge said the vanes where at 20% at ideal in every tune except stock 70-80% which it used to run in every tune. It also blows a lot less black smoke now. It hasn't thrown a code but why would the vanes changed with it unplugged.
