EGR Delete LBZ LMM

After some talking I have talked Turbo Buick 6 into building a run of EGR delete kits since there is nothing on the market that is similar.

These kits eliminate everything egr and eliminate the intake air heater. They come with everything you need to install except a fed up-pipe or plate to block your up-pipe.

Maybe different or more elaberate, but I doubt further. These have been around and in use since Aug 2008 Just not available to the public till now. :hug:

I'm still trying to figure out how to fill out this damn customs form to ship to Canada. Yours and Simons stuff will be headed out shortly. Just got a run of flanges for your EGR yesterday.

It's different then your picture of your's except the deleting part.

Sounds like a good option for those that live in states with pesky emmisions laws.

Although this kit does flow better than the stock piece that was just a side effect. When building this for myself my goal was to get useless stuff out from under the hood. With my headers and up-pipes the egr wasn't hooked to anything. I wanted the cooler out from under the hood for a cleaner look and more room to work. After that came off it seamed crazy to me to leave the big cast piece the motor is in, so off went everything EGR and it was time to start making brackets to hold it. This is also a great 1st step towards twins.

Anyone worried about how sturdy it is......you can stand on it and jump up and down and you will crush the tubing befor it moves.....it is very solid.

Mine is just heater delete spacer, intake bridge block plate with support. supply own uppipe, or block it too.

Henery, will yours be a complete tube fabbed up? Thats what I want but I'm not that good with tube lol.

henry can drop his cut but ill tell u its not much and I'm not budgin on price. you get what you pay for, don't know what others build or charge, my pricing is based off of time and material

No price wars here, my part will cost more in the end anyhow! Might just need to team up with paul so the parts work/fit together. It would save some time.

LOL Paul that form is easy with Fedex, I shipped Simons stuff to him at 7 pm are time it was there the next afternoon.Mark as gift and keep ins low and do not write performance on the slip.

Mike its will be a tube to replace everything from the intercooler to the bridge.Less the federal uppipe as Paul said I think he has a plate for that.

Your right about that Mike, When I added my prices I kept them right with Matt's so i'm not cutting someone else.Its up to who the buyer wants to deal with,or if someone is offering a special shipping or something.Were all friends here.

Mike I wouldnt scrap your idea with the delete plate. Like said befor this is the only thing of its kind. There are different options out there for people that want to do different things. This isn't the right choice for everyone. There is nothing better for everyone than to have several options.
