EFILIVE wont connect to lb7ecm

I am trying to tune an 03 Lb7 it wont let me in . it wont pull a vin number from ecm but communicates fine and pulls the vin from the tcm i actually pulled the tcm file. this is what i get from the ecm

customer had vehicle at dealer for new injectors and cp3 under campaign and he says he thinks it was reflashed. he also told me when he bought the truck it was a repo and had no keys and was brought to the dealer and a new key was flashed into the ecm.

plug in V2 to laptop, plug V2 into OBD, turn key to run, open a tune file. Try to flash in.

Is there at least 12v of power when key is in run?

Does the V2 start up and connect to laptop when you plug USB in?

Try low speed and alt keys check boxes.

Is the USB in the laptop to the V2 a good connection, or is it loose???

all this is good like i said it will connect to tcm i have never tried to go ahead and flash a tune into it because it wont seem to let me in at all

I see your ECM is tuned? Could it be locked? To be honest I don't know what error it sets if its locked.

I have the same issue sometimes and checking off use alt keys makes it work for me

If it's locked the only way to unlock it is to have the person who locked it unlock it. I don't know it's tuned. I was assuming it was the truck in your sig. But, then you know what happens when people assume things.
