EFILive...blue screen of death HELP!

Alright Ive been trying to get my laptop to scan my truck but I am having issues getting it to play nice with my v2. I have updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc etc but still have issues. This is the screen I get as soon as I plug it the USB cord to my comp.

I can scan no issues with my girlfriends comp, but I would like to use my own. I am by no means a computer guy, so please take it easy with the jargon . Has anyone resolved this issue with the comp? I have windows 7 64 bit.

Dam I had the same problem when I got my new laptop then my budy smart guy came over and it took him some time but he had to change one of the settings in the computer and have not had a prob since. Problem is for the life of me I can not remember what he changed.

The problem is with the USB drivers.

On mine i had to manually show it where the drivers for windows 7 were because it could not detect them
