05 lly looking to buy a efi v2 with dps5 switch and curious to know who does the best tunes for it ?

Haha yeah me too......lol if you have a v2 and can email me your tune I will tune yours for you. I tune mine and tune more cummins then dmax's
Finding someone who is local and a reputuble tuner who can sit in the vehicle and fine tune it would be the way to go.
X2, find someone local and who is willing to change the tuning to fit your liking!

I'm looking to buy the v2 dps5 switch and there pre loaded tunes still looking around and sent off a email but waiting for a reply
I swore you used Moonshine?
I tune my own truck, thought that was what EFI was for? but if you can tune my truck better than I can, I buy your tuning and i'll throw in 500 bucks.

Mark at Danville Performance is really good. He tunes ur truck on the dyno. Just give the shop a call and my husband, Matt, can get you set up! 
Idaho Rob Coddens is very good and has tuned more trucks on the 50 fastest Dmax list than any other tuner. Steve Schmitzer is also very good and actually cares about his customers which is getting rare amongst diesel vendors these days. Steve tuned Dazzle pants truck to +1700 HP so his credentials are good as well.
There are others on this site with a great reputation for quality tunes. I don't personally know them so I can't vouch for their customer service. Hope that helped.

Steve Schmitzer gets my vote he was very easy to deal w/ and repied very fast to emails etc i have had prob 15 duramax's and my lly is the smoothest running of all of them
Wow, 500 bucks? Is that US dollars? Good luck with your tuning. I'm not getting involved with your mess.
I run Tony Martino's tuning "moonshine". Engine sounds healthy,not alot of timing rattle on the race tune, not crazy smokey, truck drivability is nice aswell!
