EFI Tunes Drag/Dyno/Sled whats diff.?

When making tunes, what changes are made when you build a tune for Drag/Dyno/Sled? Im wondering this, because @ the J&H rally I dynoed 464.6hp w/ only 21lb boost. I thought that it should be making more because others using the same tune have reported 530-550hp. I've never been on a Dyno, so im sure that has alot to do with it. Two of my dyno pulls had a down shift. I'll try and scan the dyno sheet in tomorrow night. I tried 4th gear with no luck (downshift), Then used 5th @ 70mph. 5th downshifted on the 2nd pull also but not on the third.

You should have made more boost.

Dynos can be tricky. Do you know what your 1/4mi trap speed is?

A tune with "maximum area under the curve" is best for all kinds of racing.

My truck has been on 2 different dynos one of the dynos could not load the truck hard enough and my truck only made 18 pounds of boost the other dyno my truck was making 30 pounds of boost.

I think I need some more dyno lessons it looks more like a road course then a dyno sheet... They didnt tell me I had to let off when I got to my desired RPM limit, I was waiting for a load to be put on the truck. I guess I should have waited for Sat. and watched people first.
