I got Nick to make me an 80hp tune(actually might be less) i told him i wanted defuel on shifts; is this necessary??? As a side note the trans was limped once with a diff tuner, but seems to be doing fine now

Defuel should be left on for ANY ALLISON trans. A built trans can take less defuel on the shifts, but some is still needed to keep it happy and to live a long life. Once you limp it though, it is easier each time to limp it. It's only a matter of time before you will need a built trans. What pulsewidth is the tune calling for? How close to stock is B0741?
