LB7: EFI live wont connect to interface

just like the title says, tried to read the PCM and it wont connect to the interface. need help!

Did you have the interface connected before you opened the tune software?

Seems like I did that once and it was I forgot to turn the key on :roflmao:

1,) check cigg fuse and make sure its still good, obd is on it too.
2.) close out of all efilives 7.5 & 8
3.) Turn ignition on
4.) Open 7.5
5.) Flash/read
