If it's for the 03 in your sig there isn't a whole lot you can change in tuning. I've played with the timing some and have noticed an increase in around town milage of about 2 MPG, but the highway only went up about 1-1.5 MPG's if I drive it easy. It's not like the LLY, LBZ, and LMM where you can control the boost electronically.
That didn't seem to help mine any when I did it. I only ramp mine up now at 80MM3 of fuel and higher.
so run lower pulse widths but some higher timing? at what area should this be done so that it is seen around crusing speeds.
A lower pulse won't help it take some much fuel to move the truck. Your right foot is where you limit fuel for mileage.
Make a log of driving normal from a dead stop up to hwy speed or at least up to 45 or so. It you look at the timing table while having that log high lighted it will should you what area you can add timing.
