My EFI tunes are laid out in DSP5 format. a couple of the tunes are stock and i was wondering if i could make one of them into a high idle tune. I like the sound of a diesel rapped out a little bit when its parked. Thanks
you can make one tune stock and just change the idle tables and leave them all the same at different coolant temps to make it idle high.
you can only change the idle tables on the main tune so all the tunes would run off that table though right? thats the only way ive been able to get high idle is adjusting the idle at certain coolant temp levels and it made all the tunes run high idle till the ECT hit a certain degree. If theres a way to make just one tune idle high I would love to know! that would be very nice to have!

I would just go with this setup if you are looking for a high idle you can switch on or off when you want to.
