Our power went out last night at 5pm, and I come back to work, and it's still out.

"We only got one call, so we didn't do anything about it".

If read this and have an extra minute, and are in Southern California, cal SoCal Edision and tell them your power is out at 310 South Maple Corona CA, all units.

Thanks,

Pat

Sorry about the power outage.

I deal with them 2-3 times a week.... they are less than adequate.

They will however turn your power on ASAP, same day usually, they want to start the billing process.

You need to get a back up generator Pat.

I have one for my home. It was purchased for Hurricane season, but the only time it has actually kicked on automatically was when someone hit a pole up the street. It tests itself every saturday at 4:30 in the afternoon, and runs on natural gas from the street. In CA you may need to use diesel or Propane tanks because of the earthquakes. The gas always flows after hurricanes cuz it's all underground here and there's no pumps to the system. (at least that's what I was told by the gas man)

It's a Generac 15kVA

You gotta get yourself a generator!

I am getting ready to pick a John Deere 4 cyl diesel, 225 amp that we don't use anymore at a treatment plant we operate. It will be nice this winter if I stay in PA.
