Info: Edge Insight CTS

I have an Edge Insight CTS with two EGT probes and a boost pressure sensor. I have updated it and everything hooked up to the computer is good. Go to plug it into the truck and go through the steps and it says PID's not recognized. I have tried multiple OS systems and single tunes to DSP5 tunes. Nothing I try works.

I am going to contact Edge but wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem?

Went through all the fuses today. All checked out and also had an update on the CTS and still no change. Looks like I'll be calling Edge tomorrow.

Well I have tried every OS for an LB7 in conjunction with every TCM OS with no luck.

Found out today on a different forum that the OS I load needs to have a VIN that corresponds with that OS. IE 03 OS needs a 03 VIN not my 01 VIN. Also it has to be a certain 02 OS or higher because of Edge's support.

I now have an 02 OS with an 02 VIN that I will be trying tonight that is known to work with the Edge Insight on another truck.

I should have a clean updated stock lb7 federal off an 03 from before it was modified.

I had problems with mine when I changed my os to an 02 on a 2001 truck. I ended up changing my vin to a 02 and it fixed my problem. I don't know if that will help you any.
