Edge CTS draining batteries

Has anyone had an issue with their edge cts draining their batteries? It left my truck dead and when I charged it up and got it running that's when I noticed the edge cutting on and off with the truck off.

I'm having to unplug it everytime now just so my batteries stay charged. Does anybody have any ideas why or how this is happenening?

None of that with mine. Not a lot of edge support on this forum. Have you called customer service.

I haven't yet. I bought it used so idk if they will help. Should have just gone with real gauges. Owell live and learn I guess. I'll try their customer service though. Just didn't know if it was a common problem.

they have great customer service for one, and if it doesn't look like it went through a woodchipper they should know if its a software or hardware problem.

Yeah it looks brand new. And everything works 100% on it. Actually it works too well and doesn't want to shut off!
