Ecm frp signal volt

Is there suppose to be 5 volts coming out of the ecm c2 pin 42 for frp signal wire?

C1 pin 33 is 5v reference
C2 42 is sensor signal
C2 2 is ground

A rat got a hold on a wire which was the oil pressure ground wire something like that I was told causing a bunch of codes to show up.
