I want one....have the dough....and now cant find one

anyone know of any shops or places i could get one from
ive talked to 2 places already and they told me there on national backorder:mad:

I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago, they said that it would be about a month to get it in! Nobody had any in stock that i checked. Might just have to order and wait like i am!:(

Join the club. I asked Eric Merchant over a month ago and he said the same thing (on national backorder). He had even asked everyone he could think of or knew (which I'm sure is a lot of people) and they were all out. I'm supposed to be on his list but who knows how far down!

Ha man im soooo lucky......my last number of the day to call was
National Drivetrain....they were closed on sunday so i called them today and they said they had One left:)

And guess what ITS ON ITS WAY:D :driving: :food: :drool:

the shop called the next day and said there inventory was messed up......that really pissed in my cherios....i guess its back to the drawing board....they also said they couldnt get them for 2 more months maybe more :(

Try Greensburg Driveline in Greensburg PA. 724-837-8233 ask for Mark Petros. They had mine in stock at a very good price, beat my "dealer cost" at Randy's.

you doing the install yourself or you going to get it done with your tranny, if you do it yourself post some DIY stuff for others because i want to do it but have never done a ifs member and dont know about shimming something i cant use a dial indicator on

LOL Thats what they told me when I called them. I guess I should have posted it...I wonder how many calls they've gotten in the last week? :D

Crap, if two weeks is all thats left before eaton gets another batch out I still may be in good shape. Gotta get the truck back together first!

good news! found a link to some lockers that are made by Eaton but are sold to AAM to put in the front diffs of the new Dodge power wagon and the older Hummer-1's

the place is JT parts Number is 1866-694-4190 and ask for Carl
the price shiped to my door was $716 with the two bearings. which is considerably cheaper than the actual E locker but is the same thing.... The only thing this doesnt come with is a wiring harness and the switch

I was ordering some parts from Merchant today (Misc. filters) and I see he no longer offers E-lockers (that I can find anyway). Has anyone had any luck finding any or are they still on backorder?
