finally got a dsp5 switcher and now im looking to get some tunes i have already switched to dsp5 and hooked up.
i was wondering whats the easiest way to get the premade tune all transfered over? will i have to go through and copy/paste every table?

i open the modded tunes and fallowed the instructions in efi's document
( http://download.efilive.com/Tutorials/PDF/DSP Upgrade Tutorial - LBZ-LMM.pdf )

and then when i re-opened it, it said a bunch of settings were "out of range".

any help with this? going to re-dyno at II on saturday and would like to have the switcher in and working.

TX of course
Pick a tune that has the basic mods you want done. IE changed limiters, emissions, and ETC. Turn it into a DSP5 in the Custom OS Then copy/paste every table (PW, boost,) into your DSPs

What are you trying to do?? Did you buy tunes from a tuner? If so then just full flash them to the truck
i have been just flashing tunes in with the laptop whenever i wanted to change them, but now i got a dsp5 switch and would like to get the tunes set to change on the fly with the switch

dumb question, is there some way to know what has been modified? or will i have to to in and copy/paste every file?

All the Base tune tables will be the same as they where before you made it into a DSP and all the DSP tables will be stock IIRC. If thats what your asking?

Okay well then you need to open up a tune and click modifications up top. Then choose dsp5, but before you save it rename it to dsp5 settings or something. Then you can start changing the tunes up. If you need any help let me know, just Pm me your number.
