What is the best way to run a dyno to best tune a DMax for truck pulling? What I mean is, is there a way to run the truck on the dyno in a way to simulate a pull?? I can't see how since the tires can't spin on the dyno. I guess you could guess at how much load the engine would see on the track. Which type of dyno would be best suited for this attempt? I'd assume one with on hell of a brake on it to increase load as time elapsed until the truck couldn't spin it???

Just wondering.

IIRC a dyno jet 242 loads the hell out of a truck. U want to run the truck in 4th gear i beilve all guys do that anyways i am not sure. As seen before the duramax is really no dyno king. The only real way to test it is start hooking. Thats about the only true way to play with it IMHO.
