dvd stereo install... what will I need?

hey guys ive finally had it with my factory unit and plan on buying myself a pioneer avh 3200 for my birthday. You guys have any tips on installing one of these and what adapters I will need or which ones are better? my truck is a 2003 crew cab, non bose but has onstar(not activated) if that helps. thanks for any help! :hug:

I have a backup camera spliced into the video input on mine. I just flick a toggle switch and I can see my ball to hook right up to a trailer. The standalone cameras don't cost much at all.

Ok well I got it all installed but I can't get the stupid pac swi-ps to program for some reason, and also does anyone know how to bypass the stupid park brake deal? Can you just ground that wire? Thanks again guys

When you program the pac swi-ps make sure your trucking is running I had some problems when I did it with it not running.

as for bypass some you can just ground out others you cant I am not sure what the pioneer avh 3200 is

I like the PAC TR7 I use it for mine as I can still turn it off if I see cops.

I run a pioneer in mine with a knock off steering wheel controller thats not worth a shit!!! make sure you spend some extra dime on the controller or you will be disapointed!
