Hey guys just picked up a sweet 07 LBZ dually 4x4 from my brother. It's bone stock as far as performance goes. I'm thinking of doing the EFI Tuning from the guy at Calvin's, egr delete, airdog, s&b intake, 5 inch full straight exhaust for starters. Anything else you guys think I should do?

Find the cheapest exhaust and I wouldn't get the s and b. I'd stick with the stock one and save your money. Everything else is a good idea.

Don't worry about an intake unless you just want one for looks but I would put a transgo jr in the same time as efi live and don't get to hot of tunes unless you have 5 grand or more to spend on a full trans! 120 hp or less is what I would run if it was mine but that's my opinion. I wouldn't want to be having to put lb7 pistons or a full trans in it anytime soon

If I had a 6 speed I would have a trans go jr in as soon as I could get one in. Trust me, it sucks monkey nuts limping one and knowing in the back of my mind I need a 5-6k dollar transmission build:(
