Mileage increases? Very minimal at best. A strong headwind for any amount of time would kill any mileage gains lol

Now sound, that's a reason to buy an exhaust.
They're all just about the same. 4" is a little more high pitched then a 5" system

If you're going to delete your emissions equipment opposed to doing a DPF back system then you'll see solid mileage gains. DPF back setups will only change the sound a bit.

Out and about
I have an 07 LMM, I got it used in 09 with 36,k miles on it. When we removed the Y bridge to install an aftermarket one I was surprised of how much oily tar was built up in it. In my option I'd block or remove the egr and reroute the PCV. The regen cycle makes the mileage go down and EGT's go up. Just my opinion.

I did an MBRP DPB 4" straight and couldn't be happier with the sound. Normal driving the only real sound change was the turbo whine got louder, which I love, but if you so desire once you go WOT it is very very loud. I enjoy only making it loud and annoying when I want to. Plus, I got it on Amazon for $250. Didn't really notice any real MPG increase, maybe .5-1 at best, but this all goes out the window because I'm heavier footed wanting to hear the sound now.
