Dumb Question

This is gonna sound weird. Just had a local parts guy call me today and tell/ask me about keys. He said he can't tell which keys a customer needs. The guy has an 2006 2500HD & the parts guy said he needed the "purple" keys & I said "green" He said the HD's come with green keys & 2 get the lift he needs purple. It's been a long week with Randi's accident & work...my brain is fried. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm headed to bed
Anybody have a part # on the lift keys from GM?

Not sure if those part numbers are still current...thats an old list. HD's come with purple keys OEM. Green keys are OEM for 1/2 ton trucks. Your parts guy has his info backwards.

He needs the green ones to lift the 2500s...the stock ones out of the 1500s
