Nice! We got 21 Ducks and three snows today between three of us. We dont get many Honkers, just spec's and snows. Good part is, I've got 2K acres of land that was an old duck club my company bought for water rights. I can hunt 7 days a week (ducks, geese, Pheasent, Boar, Coyotees ect.) . It's open to full time employees, and there are only five of us that hunt.
I think that is the only thing that Pat misses about living on the dairy. He could stand outside our front door and shoot honkers.
I will behave and not post his duck pic
Why start now the years almost over.
Cool!! Ive always wanted to go duck hunting but theres no ducks here only geese and there protected by the state, Ive been hunting wild boars as long as I can remember and Ive been wanting to try something diffrent like that, Maybe we can set up a hunting exchange program!!
And if anyone hunts bears I would greatly appreciate some info on that, Ive been wanting to go to Canada for a while now to check that out
You should have saved the money from the benelli and got him some time in the tanning salon. Nice shootin there Pat.
Here is a video of my 4 year old choc. lab at work. I trained him myself. If you have the volume up when i call his name the first time i used a hand signal to make him go to the right. When we are in standin corn like that it is hard for him to see the ducks and this makes retrievin the ducks alot faster. He does very well for me, not the best by far but i am happy with him.
