dual fueler problem

my buddy has a lbz with ats dual fuelers ats trans A5K 60% injectors efi live by nick at dmax tuner airdog 150 other random things but my question is rail pressure on the 3rd tune drops to 15000 under full throttle thought it was the top cp3 put a new cp3 on top because took the belt off and with just the stock pump it maintained 15000 psi unplug the regulater on top it gives full rail press. you can hear. lift pump psi stays on the positive side any ideas?

always has nick was having the problem when he was tunning it and thought it was the cp3 but we changed that and its still doin the same thing pretty much lost at this point

Well it could be a bad controller or you could have the supply and return lines backwards its easy to do.

Cp3

Does he have a race valve on the return? I would bet it's leaking (not tight enough) or if it's shimmed it's blowing open. If it's a race valve it really needs to TIGHT. I had the same problem when I first put mine on. Jeff

lines are 100% correct and it has LB7 style fuel rails on it so it has no racevalve

So lets get this right its a LBZ with LB7 fuel rails? So who made the fuel lines to work from the LB7 rails to the LBZ injectors and also the dual cp3 controler might not be working right since its not using a LBZ rail pressure sensor or does some one have some info mixed up being 3rd party?

I'm the one with the lbz it has the same lbz fuel rails but the fuel block on the ats dual fueler kit( that is mounted underneath the glow plug controller) is a lb7 style fuel block
