Dual cp3 blowing out front seal!

Anyone ever seen a secondary blow front seal after putting 200% S&s injectors in. Never had a issue with stock injectors, we put new ones in, tuner starts to get the truck dialed in and blows the seal. Put a brand new pump in and immediately blows again, kits a ppe kit, Plumbing has been triple checked and it’s perfect. Any opinions are greastly appreciated. Tuner has tuned countless dual setups including my race truck with 400 overs and dual pumps with zero issues.

I would say your feed and return are swapped but you said it was triple checked

My truck with modded 250% overs, dual pumps (14mm/stock lbz) doesn't have that problem with a PPE kit and a race valve (I know I need to ditch the race valve). I'm running a fuelab low pressure fuel setup with an underhood reg and a custom fuel return setup that is all 3/8 to a main manifold that goes to 1/2 back to tank.




What size pumps? How are your return lines ran from the pumps? What is your lift pump pressure? What is the demanded pressure the tuner is calling for? What relief valve do you have?



I am wondering if you're running two bigger pumps and its building too much pressure in the return circuit if you're using the PPE kit as designed where it just taps into the factory returns since the larger pumps return more fuel when its not used due to being fixed displacement.
