Friday I got 420s on my truck, last night I went to do a 4wd boosted launch. Built up in 2nd gear to 20psi and turned loose. Hit the manual lockup and the truck hesitated like it was slipping or couldn't figure out what to do for a second, then wrapped out to redline in 2nd. Threw it in limp and locked it in third after I let out. Tried it a second time and had the same thing happen only after clearing codes and restarting it Locked it in 4th and the CEL came back on immediately. Today drained the fluid and it smelled burnt and was dark. Pulled the valve body apart and found the E-valve was stuck, so I cleaned the entire valve body and put it back together. Drove again and it runs and drives flawlessly regular driving. Tried a boosted launch twice at only 10psi, first with the lockup box and second without, both times ended in the same result, throwing a P0732 code.... gear 2 ratio incorrect.
Has anyone had this issue before or know of some things for me to check before definitely pulling the trans? Regular driving or even hard pulls in 2wd are no issue and I feel no slipping in the tran just it breaking the tires loose.

I built the trans myself with suncoast internals a little over a year ago, stage 5 kit billet input and c2/p2 hub and planetary with all new bearings and wiring and pump. Goerend billet stator 2200 stall converter

Was wishfully hoping there was something less complex wrong with it but looking like I will have to

Suncoast kits and directions are a joke. I learned the same way. Problem about them is it dont teach you what to watch for while its apart. Especially pump wear. Best thing I ever did was give Evan my business. Now I'm doing my own trans with his kit running 9s. That says a lot.

The definitely are a joke, that's why I used an allison manual right alongside it, I mainly just used the suncoast instructions for clearances. I also put everything new in but the solenoids, so all new bearings seals pump wiring harness all of it. Isnt Evan's kit a suncoast kit?
