Dsp5 switch for lb7

I just bought a dsp5 switch and im still not sure exactly how it works. Do i need to keep my efi live controller hooked up the whole time? Where am i storing 5 different tunes? Please help?

The tunes are stored in the ecm. Go to your tune tool and click on the help section. There are instructions there on how to do a dsp5.
