Granville,Oh
I am trying to put a dsp5 switch in an 06 lbz and I cannot get it to do a full reflash with the dsp operating system. It will go through the whole 12 minute process and when I try and change the position it doesnt change them. I logged the dsp voltage with the scan tool and it stays the same. We also checked the ohms of the switch and they check out good. So I know its not the switch. I tried to read the tune on the truck after the reflash and it wasnt the dsp tune that I had reflashed. It also gives me an error when it opens saying the the calibration is corrupt. I dont know whats going on any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Update your software to latest release.

Check in the tune file that you have the DSP1-DSP4 voltages set in the tune file.

A9136 = 3.50v
A9236 = 2.50v
A9336 = 1.50v
A9436 = 0.50v

After updating your software take the stock tune, Update to DSP5 OS and the either copy/paste the changes from the corrupt tune table by table, make a script or compare the two and update the tune with the comparison feature.
