Dsp 5 with flashscan to switch

Ok so I'm not too good with computers, I believe I need to uninstal version 7.5 to install 7.5.6 and get the hardwire or serial data option.
How do I uninstal 7.5 ?

no one can help ? i have the latest software and when i create a dsp tune there is no switch option

I am using 7.5.6 build 133 , and it has always given me the option to choose between the 2 , have you tried fully removing the software and re-installing it ?

Also go through and manually delete any left over folders like the one in "my documents" just make sure to save your tunes of logs if you have any .

got it working now, but full flash isn't highlighted in the tool bar ???? this is getting frustrating lol
