For those of you running filled block and heads what kind of issue have y'all been having if any. I know I will have to watch oil temp. This will be on my pulling truck so not worried about stop and go traffic. Block is currently half filled.
What do you want to know? Scoring of cylinder bores at the wrist pin ends,just slightly, due to shared heat between cylinder walls. I'd run it loose on piston to wall and open up the top ring gap on the loose side...
Unless you are having reliability problems, I wouldn't see a reason for it, other than wanting to save 50-85 lbs in getting rid of coolant, radiator, and water pump(s)... Or if you plan on making 2000+ HP
