I want to get some tires for the drag strip. I don't care how they wear. I'll just be using them for e.t.'n.
With consideration only given to hooking and light weight. What would you members of team Salad choose? I want to make a serious assault at the 11's while the air is good here. Thank's for the input.

The Toyo Proxes S/T's look like they would hook well, Brewmax has them.

Pat has had good luck with the BFG g-force T/A KDW's, but you'll need at least an 18" wheel to use them. BFG doesn't make them in any sizes that will fit our trucks with a 16" or 17" wheel.

Yokohama Geolandar HT-S tires might be alright too for the price. I have Yoko's on my BMW and they are the best tire I have hed on it yet.

Kumho Ecsta also looks good, but again you'll have to go with a plus size wheel in a 17 or 18.

How about DOT slicks:D
