need some help on suspension setup to get some good 60fts,
Truck has a 3/5 drop with no over load with qa1 shocks on all four corners how do you want both front and rear stiff or soft , also what do you need to do to keep the front end from lifting ? Thanks in advance

^^^That thread may help ya out^^^

What tires do you have now? Better grip = quicker 60' times
You might wanna get some trac bars and spring clamps or a set of caltracs if you don't have any of it already
Of course you know to ower your tire PSI, lower in rear than front by 6-10lbs, seems like most guys run somewhere between 30-40psi on AT's, some go as low as 25psi tho...track condition's have the overall say on that
Remove the T-bar bolts and get the front as low as possible to start
Get converter lock up updated into your tuning or get a lock up switch/box...

The addition of any one of those items should positively impact your 60' performance, if nothing less, you'll get more and more consistant

I've never had adjustable shocks on a rig like this, I'd like to hear what people set the adjustments at, for the track...

My general setup is front rebound all the way stiff, front compression about 12 clicks towards stiff, rear run about 15 clicks stiff, Caltracs I let the bar touch the spring then add about 2 flats to it preload from there. Tire pressure on 30 14 is 30 front 18 rear to start. I adjust accordingly to the track conditions
