I'm looking into getting a set of drag radials and was wondering if a set of 275/50/R17s would work for my 373's and Allison 5 speed and what speed I could trap on them. Thanks.

Many of us buy speed rated tires for drag racing. Make sure the tire will
support the weight for our heavy diesel trucks. Many drag race tires do not.

well I've tried the speed rated tires. nitto 420S and I can't get em to hook any better then a 1.83 60ft. I'm wanting better then that. I'm looking into M&H drag radials. I've heard some of the guys on here used em with good results.
