you need to either pull your injectors and have them tested, or go for broke and put a bigger cp3 on it that can actually maintain rail and tune it accordingly. That data log was pretty ugly as far as how the cp3 was doing with what is being asked to do.
Your 6000psi low on rail and could only muster up just under 2800us.
If your injectors are stock then you need to figure out if the cp3 is toast or if the injectors are toast and returning way to much fuel.
If your injectors are 15% overs and both injector and cp3 are healthy then the log is proving that your asking way to much of the stock cp3.
Like stated by blake, I would put on an intermediate tune and get a log of that and see how everything looks. With 15% injectors I would say probably a 2400-2500us tune should be able to maintain rail and meet the desired pulse pretty well...giving you an idea of fuel system health.
