Where do you live, around here Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, & Virginia they could care less. We don't have emissions testing and only cold that care are VA state copd. Only time I've ever seen them crawl under a diesel was cause the driver was doing something very stupid (racing/excessive speeding) or rolling a huge black dense cloud of smoke over a cop.

I personally have yet to hear or know anyone is the states i roam around in getting in trouble for CAT or DPF

07.5 and up is when dpf came into effect on most diesels and EPA started cracking down. You should be fine tho. EGR delete wise you could run just the blocker plate to where it looks as of you egr is still in full effect but isn't. As for dpf delete just go ahead and put in a downpipe back exhaust and some efi live and call it a day. Don't be to stupid on the streets and more then likely nobody will mess with you!
