DPF delete questions / Programmer

I think I am going to do a DPF delete on my LMM and put back to stock before emissions. Can anyone make recommendations on how to go about doing this. I have the PPE Standard programmer but that doesn't do the DPF delete What would I have to do?

I'm not looking for huge HP gains. stock tune for towing is good enough for me yes it would be nice to have a little more power but I want more MPG as this is my daily driver.

What should I get or route should I go?

Can I just cut the DPF out and call it good or do I need to reprogram the truck too?
