2007.5 LMM
I was rear ended and my exhaust system was damaged.
The small tube to the rear of the DPF is broken off. part # 25799002
I have NO codes, truck is running fine but I have been told the truck will eventually go into limp mode.
Part has been discontinued. Trying to get local diesel tuner to do a DPF delete but he will NOT work on truck due to it being an insurance claim :(
Should I expect limp mode?
THANKS for replies

that's for the differential pressure sensor. it's one of the metrics used to monitor the DPF and determine when to do a regen. if the rear is broken you may be able.to get by since that measures the pressure after the DPF witch should always be less.

is there any reason you couldn't just put another hose on it from the parts store?

THANKS hope you are correct
I found the part online
Broken part is the flared fitting on the end. Stainless.
I will keep on driving locally and see what happens

Update; Part (25799002)is discontinued and I cannot find any "Old Stock"
I used PB Blaster and the "Heat Wrench" to get the flare fitting out of the bung and I think the bung is damaged :(
Is the insurance company going to "Total" my truck because a $78 part is not available???????
